bind all using water to a soft dough and let it rest for an hour or 2
punch back and make balls, let it rise for 15mins, then make thick (1/2 cm) hand sized puris cut one edge to give you pockets than lay pockets on greased tray, let it rise for 15mins den bake in oven on 200°C.
Slit the puris from the cut edge to give a pocket
Chicken Greek Gyros: Saute the above in oil til done
Smoke the filling to give barbeque aroma (optional), (make a foil bowl, put 1/2 tsp ghee and put red hot charcoal then lower it in the chicken pan and cover it).
let it cool
Salad:mix ol well then add chicken and do filling in pockets.
